（Details of terms）

• Please check the brake and tire pressure before use. If the tires are low in air, please inflate them using the pumps provided on-site.
  ※If the air leaks out even after inflating, or if the air does not go in, please contact our customer service.
• Please obey traffic laws, be extremely careful to avoid traffic accidents, and drive safely.
• Always lock your bicycle when leaving it unattended.
• Do not leave bicycles on the road.
※Please park bicycles in designated bicycle parking areas or spaces.

• Use by third parties other than authorized users is prohibited. Do not lend to another person.

（Rules for Cycling）

• Always obey traffic signals.
• Be sure to turn on your lights when riding after dark.
• At stop signs, always come to a complete stop and check for safety.
• Let’s avoid riding two person.
• Please refrain from riding side by side, as it obstructs pedestrians and vehicles.
• On sidewalks where cycling is permitted, ride on the side closest to the roadway and avoid obstructing pedestrians.
• If you drink alcohol, absolutely do not ride bicycle.
• Do not cycling while holding an umbrella or using a mobile phone with one hand.
• Please refrain from driving while wearing earphones or headphones for safety.

（Bicycle Theft and Loss）

• If theft or loss of the bicycle occurs during rental use, the user must promptly contact the inquiry desk and file a report with the police regarding the theft or loss.
• In the event of theft or loss, the user shall bear the damages incurred by such theft or loss, up to the retail price of the bicycle.

（Regarding Inquiries）

To provide our customers with a smooth and affordable experience, we operate unmanned.
For inquiries, we accept emails only on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Contact outside business hours will be responded to on the next business day.
Regular Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays (Closed during New Year's, Golden Week, and Summer Break.

※If you require a receipt, please contact us via email.

（Regarding Accidents During Use）

• The rental fee includes insurance premiums covering liability for damages to persons or property in the event of an accident. However, please be advised that any injuries sustained by yourself during use or damages not covered by insurance are your sole responsibility, and we cannot accept any liability whatsoever.
  ※In the unlikely event of an accident or injury, please be sure to report it to the police (call 110). (If there are any injured persons, call 119.). Also, please contact the Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. service desk (0120-727-110) (available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year).
  ※Settlement services are not included with this insurance. For consultations regarding settlement negotiations, please contact the insurance company (Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.) hotline before proceeding with negotiations.
• If a user causes damage to a bicycle or other facilities, the user will be required to pay compensation for the damage.

（Regarding Return）

• Please return the equipment by the final time (8:00 AM).
• Please be sure to return the bicycle to the rack with the same number. Please lock the bicycle and the anti-theft chain.
  ※We do not perform collection services for abandoned vehicles.

（If a problem occurs with your bicycle）

If any malfunction or damage occurs during use, the user is generally responsible for the cost.
Please contact a nearby bicycle shop to have it repaired.
※Bicycle malfunctions attributable to our company will be covered by us. Please contact our inquiry desk with your paid receipt for reimbursement.
